I think you will find that after turn 2 to 3 all your healing will be spent and you won't have the stop force to put your opponent down. Since you can't reach over 20 health maybe drop recovery girl down to 3 release to 3 and high value to 3 and add 3 new training method to help you drop in the high cost excited. And 2 checks. Then attacks maybe drop 1 reversal and 1 knife Slice or 2 knife Slice for 2 cannon blast. Or crow and frog for a free poke either they take it or lose a block card and still take 1 for toga. It's definitely set up on a high side of Def and recovery but in a stall game the amount of cards in the deck could hurt you as well. But I like the thought of it. If I get time I'll build and test it and let you know what I find and try some tweaks
