The idea of this deck is to mill as much as possible to set up a huge Big Freakin' Explosion. Dabi's top enhance can also turn it into a throw. Blue Flame Palm Strike is a reliable way to get momentum to trigger it. Also Dabi I's second enhance is great for setting up Twisting Azure Inferno.

Kept this deck for a while and had a good time with it. But Twisting Azure Inferno got banned. The deck will also neither be Standard legal or MHA spotlight legal once MHA set 2 and 3 rotate out
