Brought Todoroki 4 v1.0 to locals on 7/17/24.
- Went 1-1 against Rodan; went 1-1 against Camie, and went 1-2 against Momo 3
- Overall, it went pretty okay. When Todoroki 4 gets his seal-related foundations online, he is very formidable. But when he doesn't have his support it's a bit mediocre.
- I think I will reduce the amount of Frog Strikes from 4x. It's a very good card, but it isn't ranged, so it doesn't synergize with Todoroki's response, Frozen Slash, or Provisional Pursuit.
- If I'm lowering Frog Strike, I might also replace Problem Solving as well.
- I felt in practice, the deck had a bit too many high blocks and not enough mid blocks
